the story is the building department make a phone call to me and talking about a project,I though is someting about the document and some record,since these work is process by the secretary,so I transfer a call to her,but I make a mistake,the phone call is talking something about the technical problem

since my duty is follow these case,thus,after the secretary finish the phone call, she warn me do not transfer some call which is not relate to her,and she again inform to my sernior,and my serior tell me I should do it carefullt next time,so bad...
