 I was just talking to Lindsey about the whole fight for royalty deal:

It's claimed by whoever can claim it... they just have to keep it. Which means they have to get people to like them, be a leader, and other such things

CaballTaz13: Yes, but it would increase activity by leaps and bounds, make the game more interesting, make leaders more efficient and active, and get the leaders involved with their people

In the process, I officially convinced myself of its goodness. I don't think it's the solution for all sections, but it might be good to test it out on a section or two.
