A single eyebrow raises questioningly, cat-eyes narrowing to slits for a moment, then resuming their natural pose without expression.
"Alright. I have to leave, but I'll be back soon. IF," she says quietly,"he wakes up while I'm gone, don't try to assist him unless he asks for it. He has never seen you before and, will likely not trust you a bit, anyway, stay on the safe side"
Picking a syringe up from the counter, she sets it on the tray next to the bed.
"If he is in pain, he can administer this himself. It is morphine, but only sends out small doses, for safety reasons"
She looks at her steadily.
"I doubt he will wake up while I am gone, but in the mean time, I am trusting you to look after him, OK?"
Again her eyes slit slightly, almost warningly, though the look drops almost immediatly..
"I don't foresee any problems, but if there is one.." she unhitches a small walkie-talkie from the wall and shoves it into LightStar's hand, "..let me know"
She grabs one herself and turns the dial.
"I'm on channel 2. I'll probably be gone a few hours if I'm lucky. Any questions?"
