(Oh, and guys, don't take this wrong or anything but..please..there is no need to argue over if it's correct to be suspicious of all newcomers or not. It's obvious we all have our own opinions on the matter and arguing about it ain't gonna change my chars personality. It's who she is. -Shrugs- Now I'll just run along and get this post done before someone kills me...)

But pushing aside her annoyance she calmly gazes upon the other woman, offering a shake of her head at the 'apology' of sorts. ��

You can not apologize for being yourself. Nor do I expect you to. There is no need.

�� Her eyes drop briefly to Sceaduw as his snarls reach her ears. She takes note of whom his distaste is directed at, silently not blaming him at all for his disliking of the woman, but she places a calming hand gently on his head to quiet him anyway, murmering a few soothing words before shifting her attention back to the subject at hand. ��

�� She throws a glance to Echo at her words of preceeding her, not being able but to doubt them. Indeed, it was likely she had been here before her...but for quite a time now she had been on this planet, and not once during the entire time had she seen this woman. If she had been here before then how long ago? And for how long? If she had stayed for only a few days or even a week then she would hardly call that 'preceeding' her. But knowing there was little use in arguing the case, for she would really get nothing out of it either way, she pushes the matter from her mind. ��

�� She does, however, agree with Echo's words on the matter that there was far to much resentment between them for any of them to be presidant. Dipping her head in a nod she speaks her agreement, merely glancing at the newcomer as she approaches. ��

You are right there. If any of us were elected there would be far to much tension for anything to get done. And right now we haven't the time for more bickering. With each minute that passes the Alliance is getting closer to yet another invasion, and we currently do not have the defences to protect the planet or ourselves. I agree, Jaidah would be the most intelligant choice. But, before we start planning a life under her rule, I believe it might be wise to find out if she wants to run for the position. It's possible she doesn't. But, if you do..
