x. he bends over Tosha with a smile, not wanting to look near as disappointed as he felt about the present situation... How would he manage to solve this one? Supressing emotions, mainly those of relief and happiness at finding her, outrage at whoever had done this to her, and other mixed feelings of desire, confusion, sadness, pain and other things, he speaks .x
Did you miss me? Sorry I'm late, I got held up... Are you okay? She found your shirt, I brought it along... It's kind of shredded a bit, tho... Anything I could possibly do for you right now?
x. he holds it up so she can see it, and then lays it down on top of her as he turns to investigate the chains on one arm... Reaching out an arm, he attempted to extend a finger to inspect the chains, like he was doing with his left hand, but only fresh pain greeted the movement and he refrained just in time from yelling out... Absolutely marvelous. Looking at his right arm, he wanted to do something. Kick something... Hit something. Judging from appearances and feel, during his fall he had broken his arm. He had the suspicious feeling that he'd broken it in more than one place, and maybe broke a few fingers and his wrist, but he wouldn't go so far as to mention it. Fighting the pain he used the arm as much as he could anyway, tugging and hitting the chains, doing many things to them... All to no avail, only discouraging him... .x

(ooc - can I get like a description of the chains, a hint on how to release them or something? and will Quirk be coming back, just to make sure that Tosha's dying, or is he gonna stay away and hide? and if so, where? silly questions, yes, but it'll help the role playing of Chase in this situation...)
