x-he trailed Makare immediately, the only sign that he was paying attention to the words of the pair were his ears, which flicked back and forth. Years of training prevented him from immediately turning around and showing them how foolish they were being, to teach them a lesson they wouldn't soon forget. He needed no words to do such a thing - he could easily accomplish such by mere fang. Their petty speech was grating on his nerves and patience... If they were on a hunt and they were pups, they would be taught not to make noise... They'd alert the prey. Refusing to turn, he paced beside his mistress as they ventured onward, for she was the alpha, the leader. He was merely a follower... as were the annoying pair behind them...-x
