Basking in the reddish glow of the setting Sol, the new Hall glints in the fading light as the twin moons hover in anticipation upon the horizon. Toughened, weary workers move leisurely about, joking quietly among themselves as they dismantle the scaffolding, and collect their equiptment. The twisted ruins of the previous structure had been cleared away, either to be used in future buildings or to be sold to the next trade ship. As the light fades, so do the workers, most drifting off twoard the colony square; a few remaining to touch up interior features. The lights flicker on inside the building as dusk falls, the new, stronger exterior shields flickering on and off as an engineer tests the systems. A group of guards steps from the building, murmuring quietly as they take their protective positions around the Hall for the night...
