"They're spies, anyway. They don't need any big heavy-duty weapons, more like small lasers and knives. Tunikare'll get his assassination weapons, and anything else should only be needed for self-defense if found out; things any resident might carry. Standard-issue guns, perhaps..." She pauses and runs some things over in her mind.
