Lance has always acted with honour and did not as he wants, but as he must. If there was no concern shown by the TDR leadership over the Special Forces doco then TDR's leadership would have been fools. As TDR's leaders are not fools, due concern was shown.

In examining the membership of a certain individual they discovered a bizarre set of "coincidences" and brought their concerns to Talur. Very valid concerns. I shall let it be known that I too had been made aware of the coincidences and would have done exactly the same as Lance had done. To not have said anything at all would have been folly.

To be met with such criticism after acting with the integrity of TDR in mind is appalling. No wonder Lance felt that he had to resign.

Lance was one of the few that remain from what is termed "old TDR", a Danaan Ranger from way back. Always his honour and integrity have shined as an example to others. I make no secret that I'd have Lance join me as a Sworn Brother of the Night's Watch at a moments notice.... he should be honoured by TDR not scorned!

The intent of this post is not to cause trouble. The intent is to highlight that the issue of "infiltrators" was a hot topic and a great man posed some hard questions in difficult times. Understand this and then you may understand the bitter taste of betrayal Lance may be tasting at the moment.

It has taken a lot to bring Lance to his decision. It will take a hell of a lot more to reverse it. Show your support for your Avatar in attempt to win him back or face the bleak prospect of having to find someone to attempt to fill his shoes....
