Subject: Announcing - "The Grass Is Always Greener" Scavenger Hunt

Hail Members, guests and friends

Nominations are called for participation is the great TDR "The Grass Is Always Greener" Scavenger Hunt. With a first prize of 20K gold and a second prize of 10K gold, you won't want to miss out.

Called "The Grass Is Always Greener", the scavenging is themed on finding items particular to a given character class each day, so you can get an idea what trials your fellow members go through in working their profession.

The format of the hunt is as follows:-

- The hunt will begin this friday at 12pm (providing enough interest), and run until 12pm Saturday week (prior to the guild hunt)

- Each day for 7 days, at 12pm Australian Eastern Standard Time, a list of items for that day will be posted on the TDR message board. Entrants are to collect each of these items and present to me (via deposit in a locked down barrel on the porch of my house) prior to the completion of the competition.

- once you have completed collecting 1 list of items, ICQ me and I will send you a set of co-ordinates and a riddle. Solving this riddle will lead you to finding a bonus item.

- The winner will be the person who collects the most standard items. In the event of a tie, that person who has found the most bonus items will be declared the winner. If there is still a tie after this, victory will go to that person who completed the quests and bonus items in the shortest time.

- You cannot use any of your existing items or resources towards items for the hunt. You can, however, enlist the help of anyone else to find them. I rely on your honesty to enforce this rule.

- For those who have figured it out, I am providing 7 lists for 8 days. The final day, from 12pm Friday until 12pm Saturday will be a madness and mayhem mystery day where anything goes. Anyone who completes the tasks set on this day will receive a bonus 10K prize if they are the 1st or 2nd place getter.

So there you have it. I require at least 5 contestants before I will run this competition. Please respond with a thumbs up if you can compete, or thumbs down if you can't.

I welcome outside participants if you know of others who wish to compete and are willing to compete in the spirit of fair play.
