Subject: Results of Serpent's Hold Battle

For those that were unable to attend, yesterday's battle was short-lived.

The defensive tactics utilised by the Dark Council, combined with several factors working against us, saw a short and bloody battle with few Forces of Good setting foot in the town at all - most fell trying to cross the bridge.

Several mages on the Dark Council, all lined up above the bridge on the town side, mana dumping at will saw that most could not cross without becoming monochrome.... and the rest were cut down by well-disciplined warriors on the other side.

A terrible loss, however the SDP Council learnt several things in defeat and will be building on our lessons to ensure victory next time we meet!

Thanks to all that could make it - I know it was at a difficult time, but I appreciate your patience. I look forward to training with our allies and sorting out a few more tactics before our next battle!
