My interests include reading, watching movies, going to the beach, spending time with my family and friends, charity work, and God. One of my biggest passions is sports, whether it be playing or just watching. Name one person other than your parents who has had the most influence on your life. Why? My oldest brother Mario. Growing up with him being 7 years my senior, I always wanted to do what he was doing, which is how I got started in soccer. I strived to be as smart as him and as well-read about the world as him. He was always the person I looked upon to set standards for myself. What is your career ambition and what are you doing or plan to do to accomplish that goal? My career ambition is to become a respected sports reporter and have my own production company and produce documentaries. Thankfully becoming Miss Panama has given me the opportunity to meet a lot of people in the field of communications and has opened some doors for me. I plan on using this as a stepping stone and will continue to work hard and persevere to gain the respect of my peers and audience in order to accomplish my goals. Describe where you were raised and what your childhood was like. My childhood took place in Miami, Florida, where I was raised for 11 years. It was an amazing upbringing. There was never a dull moment in my household of my parents and two olders brothers and me. I grew up in a suburb called Kendall where people from all over Latin America lived. My time was divided between school, the soccer field and church. Someone always had an activity, a practice or a game, so we never ran out of things to do! What makes you unique and different from the other contestants? My appearance, which is a combination of cultures (something that characterizes Panamanians), and my personality because I am shy, yet quirky and spontaneous.
