Great ! self actualization is vital, I believe we are each here to learn and grow , and help others to do so. But when you have noticed achievement in that, do not make the mistake that others have the slightesat idea of what or why it is. Not everyone is motivated in such way or wants to be- or even has heard the term. I made some really big mistakes that way. Really big losses.So- it's everything , and sublime happiness, but you need to understand others, consider, and know when to keep- silence, least somewhat. Not like me. lol.

stop seeking", as you say Brad, yeah--- my joke is as a child I took "to heart" the admonishment first get ye undersanding, and all else will follow"...
so I sought with all my might, and at mid age realized it said GET! NOT SEEK it, lol! i love that funnie! proud of that realization! lol!!!
