When you bet the gym Leader in blackhorn city swim behind the gym go in to the cave thats up there go in though the leader that is right when you walk in go all the way to the left as far as you can then swim down there will be a whirlpool use whirlpool keep swimming down when you can't go down any more go right when you see a house in the water go in talk to the people in the house and you got WATERFALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
