The midnight femme stands guard, the sun glinting of her pelt bringing out the bluish highlights. Did this mare expect to be judged so soon? She snorted tossing her raven tresses from her eyes, liquid oculi cold and harsh as they landed upon the new mare named Cryptic. She may prove worthy, but for now the mare must keep her distance, for there was no trust or respect between them, that would have to be earned, and that would be long in coming.
