Can you check with the Bank to find out what is the fixed interest rate at the moment for 6 months or 1 year. If the fixed interest rate is 3%. It is worthwhile to have a fixed deposit account of the money from the sale of the flat because the mortgage rate in HK is less than 2.875%.

Let me know your bank (HSBC) account no, the address of the bank so we will send a cheque direct to your bank instead of airmailing you the cheque. Please provide details to my email kimlinglai@yahoo.com
