Subject: 1996 firebird v6

Hey everyone,

I just bought a 1996 fire red firebird v6 auto clean as anything with 34,000 miles and have a few questions.

mods:

1) what can I do do give the motor more power
2) what kind of performance muffler is good to make her sound better

fixes:

1) whats the best way to get rid of scratches (minor)
2)on the doors (exterior) on the molding strips theres
like wax stains , how can i get that out, if at all.
3)on the hood theres some random chipping ( very little specs) should i touch up with touch up paint or leave alone
4)on the instrument panel theres water spots on the inside
how hard is it to take off and clean?

I know thats alot but I am pumped and want to start hooking this baby up!

i want to install sumthin like a 426 or at least a v8 i want o know what stuff i will need.
right now i have a v6 and i want sumthin for the race track.

yo this is an old post..but if you do get by this....

i got a green auto firebird formula 1996...its a tight car but it would have been better in manual...arghh just make it look good dont add engine modds... it just makes you look like a flamer...but whatever...peace
