Subject: 93 Firebird tail / stop / brake lights

The left-side rear lights, tail, brake,& turn signal are not as bright as the right side. Have tried swapping out bulbs but does not change anything. Have looked at the sockets but they don't look any different than the righ-side, appear to be in good condition. Anyone have any ideas ? I did see on one message board that this has been a problem with the late model version of the Firebird. No solution was given.
