I have a 1995 firebird with a 6 speed. My question is that when I come from a complete stop and rev above 1500 RPM's to shift into 2nd gear a skip shift light comes on and I have to let the car slow down below 1500 RPM's before I can shift into 2nd gear I was wanting to know how to disable this feature.

uuuhhhmmm, lemmy think here

try summit and ask for a skip shift eliminator.... al it is a is a little phug in thingy that by passes that feature.....
