Subject: New GTO

Forget about a new GTO! It should stay in the past where it belongs. If Pontiac is going to let the muscle car live on, it should do so through the Firebird. We are living in a time when the up and coming drivers were not even around to drive a GTO. In the present, it is just a name of car that just did not make it. Why push it now? When the Firebird died, countless people stood up and voiced their outrage. Where are the legions of GTO fans. Back in the 1960's, that's where. The Firebird has already had vitality in the new driver age. Not to mention it has held its own for 35 years. If one of these cars deserves a chance, it is the FIREBIRD.

Thank You
