ok, perpare for the dumbest question ever....

I want to make my TA (a 97 6spd)and all wheel drive car. Is there any chance at all that this is possible? I have the time, the money, but don't even know where to start.

You say you have the money so let's see how deep your pockets are. You would have to scavenge an all-wheel-drive system currently available. Best bet would probably be out of an old Astro van as GM will mount better to GM. Porsche units are better though. From there it is just fabricate, fabricate, fabricate. Will cost a ton but you will have one interesting F-body.
