Subject: Lowering my 81 Trans AM w\455 and AC

Hello all
I want to lower my 81 Trans Am with a 455 and AC. Has anyone out there lowered a similar car, and if so might you have any pictures? Not sure how low I should go. So far Ive found a kit for $550 to lower the car 2" in the front and 1.5" in rear using springs, but would like to see what it will look like. Later I plan on switching to tubular A arms and QA1 shocks with coil over springs. Also with the lowering what size rims and tires did you use or would you suggest.

Thanks for your help
