I can understand that!! Still... I dunno...it's kinda like there's a fine line between playing Pern and not playing Pern, and changing things like that kinda crosses the line!! Having female characters riding male dragons bends some rules, but seeing as male riders (in the Pern books) can ride female dragons - namely greens - it makes the whole rule-bending part a little different.... adding a whole 'nother colour that never existed pretty much shatters the story! Lots like not requiring dragons' names to end with -th =)
Anyway, I wish you luck and lots of fun with the game, but I just can't hope to put my all into another club if I don't agree with some of the way it's being played, so... Aislinn is withdrawn, and we'll hope to run into everyone in another club at another time =)
