In reply to: Celestial Patience 's message, "Dark bay filly steps into the land. She is skinny and dainty. Her dark eyes are a swirl of confusion. She lowers her head and her black mane casades beautifully down her neck. She whinnies shrilly then lies down in a patch of clover." on 18:04:34 10/02/01 Tue

Her eyes study the filly's face, concerned, and a bit ashamed. She opens her mouth to speak, but no words come. She fears she's messed up far too much, that it is far too late for her to apologize to the filly, to convince her that she's truly loved, and to convince her to come home... She halts a few yards away, watching for a moment more, just enough until she might've caught the filly's attention, and quickly dropped her gaze and turned her head slightly. She felt that she'd failed as a mother to the filly, and to her, it was perhaps a thought worse than death itself. She sighed lightly, gazing downwards without really seeing anything. What could she say?
