Anything will be sold to keep the corkscrew Tower of Babel going, along with its commitment to global socialism, humanism, and the destruction of the foundations of American society -- which the Book of Mormon, as part of the CofC canon, actually tells us was ordained by God,and will exist until its members fall into iniquity. The CofC seens very eager to teach the American people to fall into iniquity, which is in perfect keeping both with its own agenda and its knowledge of the word of God. Its program of not offending fundamentalist members of foreign countries fits right in with the goal of destroying the U.S., since the CofC has announced that it will only teach sexual perversion in political units in which the leadership sees potential for spreading it. Educating Kenyans and Zimbabwe citizens to accept homsexuality won't destroy the U.S., (which is the chief obstacle to Satanic overthrow of human civilization,) so the inhabitants of third world countries are spared the onslaught of the gospel of the CofC Christ.

The rebellion at Babel consisted not only of the people's refusal to scatter around the world, as God had instructed, but also of their instituting the new world "religion" in the temple at the top of the tower. The Tower had not been designed to "reach unto heaven" in the physical sense (this would have been an absurd thing to attempt, as Nimrod and his colleagues well knew) but to reach heaven spiritually, there worshipping and communing with the "host of heaven," and to "make us a name" rather than honoring the name of the true Creator.

This host of heaven consisted of the sun-god, the moon-god, and the "gods" represented by the various planets, as well as the other stars. They actually involved the great hosts of rebel spirits that have fought against God and his saints all through the ages. As Paul said: "For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principlalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of the world, against spiritual wickedness in high places" (Eph 6:12.)
