Mamusz, remember the Book of Lehi that I posted on this forum about four years ago.

It describes the current situation pretty well.

For Benesahkal did not believe the word of the Lord upon the plates of brass, and did not believe that the blood of man polluteth the land; for he believed that man was like a beast, and when a man died, that he was no more. And Benesahkal also believed that the lives of some were worth more than others, the lives of great men and princes being forfeit by time and chance, and the lives of the poor inviolable by his favor. And in judgment, he came to respect the person of the poor and to turn aside the cause of the high born for the sake of their birth, and of the believers for the sake of their belief. And the man who was poor was always found in the right, and the man who was high born was always found at fault by Benesahkal, for he said, "The time of justice is at hand, when all bitterness shall be settled, and all wrongs shall be righted by disannulling the right."
Lehi 25:44-47
