Selection 190

After a night of reading Bishop Shelby Spong's book, "Rescuing the Bible from Fundamentalism," I gave it prayerful consideration for several days, until I received a strong communication from the Spirit regarding the Holy Scriptures,in juxtaposition to the clear call of the Spirit to bruise and break the heart of the church. This inspired document will be presented to the World Conference for its consideration. In the meantime, I will continue to act upon this revelation, pending its acceptance, since it is the word of the Spirit.

1 Hear me, O people of my church, and various hangers on in unofficial, but nevertheless, powerful political organs of the church.

2 It has not escaped my attention that there are Christians serving in the priesthood. That is undesirable and unacceptable to me, says the One that you worship and obey. Severe and scathing penalties will come upon the people of my church if they allow sin to continue in their midst.

3 It has been said by the great prophet of mine that "To make an omelet, one must break an egg." Thus, hereby, the First Presidency is called upon to scramble the church in the name of me, its Lord and Savior.

4 Make haste; influnces from apostate organizations are detrimental to the life and work of the church. The times at hand call for the immediate extirpation of Christianity from my church. Indeed, in the beginning, at the founding of my church, I adjured you that this is the only true and living church. Therefore, all those who owe allegiance to Christianity, and who are called Christians, after that Great and Abominable Church, must humble themselves, and confess their sins, especially the sin of believing the corrupted scriptures taught by that Great and Abominable Church, in the persecution of my chosen people, the Sons of GALA. If they do not do this, I will cast them off.

5 I say unto you, the GALAites are my chosen people, the descendants of Joseph, by Manasseh, the son borne to him by Asenath, who was the father of Machir, who was the father of Galaad, who is the father of the GALAites unto this day.

6 Beware that ye not persecute my chosen people, for I come to redeem them after three thousand years of suffering and affliction, of bruising and brokenheartedness. And if the people of my church do not drive out their persecutors, I shall bring plagues upon the church, like unto the plagues of Egypt -- dwindling, bankruptcy, loss of assets, deviants in the priesthood, strife, rebellion, and all manner of afflictions, until Christianity be driven out of my church; and it be purified, as in the days when Cain received the priesthood and proclaimed, after his sacrifice, "I am liberated!"

7 As it was thirty centuries ago, so it is today. Honor my oath, and be ye free.
