I went to go see 12 Stones at the Varsity in Baton Rouge last night. Was da BOMB! They put on a great show. If they had more material, they could give Creed a run for their money as the best band on that tour. Here I sit in the Baton Rouge Marriott with a children's Beauty Pageant going on. These poor little girls, this has got to be one of the worst industries I've ever seen. Its a bunch of fat, ugly women living vicariously through their beautiful little girls. They seem to be punishing them because of their beauty. These girls are treated like the worst kinds of animals, like livestock on the selling block. Their mothers jerk them around and yell at them, then dressing them up, making 6 yr olds look like 20 yr olds to make up for the mother's lack of self esteem and physical good looks. These people don't deserve to have children. ......Sidenote: this is a completely female driven industry, even though boys are entered in these pageants, the mothers are the ones that force this. there are few fathers present, and the ones that are give no support. ok thats enough of me bitching about exploitation. adios.
