She was tired, but Kevin was having an outing with Miguel and his father at their insistence, and she'd gotten lonely in the apartment all by herself and decided to take a drive over. A thick navy gap hoodie covered her slender form, worn denims tattered around the feet overlaying Doc's. She reached up hesitantly, but managed a confident knock; this visit could be taken as her needing to see him.. surely he would brush it off as just a friendly visit, for her sake.. for his sake - for everyone's sake.

She hadn't been prepared to hear the words at all; but had prepped herself; told herself that if she didn't vocalize love, then she wouldn't be dependant.
