Searching the station, asking questions, talking to random passers by has informed Daemon that his target was here... but nobody is willing to tell him where he has gone. You don't hunt someone without learning a thing or two about them though, and he had a good idea where his target may have headed. Hell... even if he didn't go there he would be there eventually. In this business patience was a virtue, and Daemon was willing to wait for his moment.
