*from the myriad of dunes comes the small group, the man mounted atop a well-bred stallion, the young woman upon a smaller, less fleet animal. Her own mount, though well enough, has obviously been delegated to the woman for a reason... to keep her from escape. Their steps are slow, as if instead of walking on the sands, they wade through them. The man looks at the guard as they halt, not bothering to dismount*

Personality: Sweet, but scared. She has grown up in the home of Ryst, along with other girls her age. If she had grown up in different conditions, she might have been spirited, but that Darci was broken long ago...
