Subject: Charlie Johnson had a sister,does anyone know what happened to her?

I am looking for my father-in-law's sister.The last time he saw her he said it was in 1931 in Bakerfield ,Ca.I think her name was Alma from everything he said and she should have been a year or two older or younger than him.He was born in 1898 in Texas.If This matches anything anyone is looking for let me know please.At this point I think he just crawled out from under a rock.I can't find a trace of him or his family anywhere.
