Subject: James Campbell: Scot.> N.S. EARLY 1840'S

My g.g.grandfather James Campbell b. abt. 1798 (Scotland?)married Mary Jane Hyndman on May 1, 1829. Marriage was registered in both Kilmarnock Ayr and Tolbooth Kirk, Edinburgh, Scotland. They had sons David Noble b. abt. 1833 in Scotland and James dob. July 12, 1838 in Edinburgh. By 1842-44 they had all emigrated to Salem , Cumberland Co., Nova Scotia, Canada. I am seeking to establish Scottish family ties for this senior James Campbell. Anyone coming across this line , please reach out !! Thank you .
