Subject: Walter M. Payne birth around1860

I am looking for the parents of Walter M. Payne. I have on a 1900 census that he was living in fairplay georgia, the county of cherokee. He was 39 years old when this was done. He was married to a RATIAL E. they had 7 children they were, Charles R payne, Bennett E Payne, Paunola B. Payne, Oscar F Payne, Clint Payne, virgil F. Payne and elby G. payne. Any information would be greatly appreciated. I can share any info I have on Bennett E. Payne he was my great grandfather.
