Subject: Walsh, Beatrice b. abt 1882 Dublin, Ireland

Trying to track down my secretive great-grandmother. We believe she was born in Dublin (we're assuming Dublin city) about 1882. Her birthdate was October 6th. I'm not sure how common this was at the time, but apparently she had a shetland pony and a nanny who smoked a corncob pipe. She also had at least one sibling, a brother Frank (Francis?) who died young -- she named her daughter after him. She was raised Catholic but married a Protestant (from Cornwall, England) whom she may have met while convalescing (from TB?) in Torquay, Devonshire, England. This of course may have meant that she was "lost" to her family. This marriage likely occurred just prior to WWI, meaning they were both over 30 at the time. We also believe she worked in Liverpool for a short time.

She and her husband emigrated to Canada about 1913, first to Montreal,Quebec then Sudbury, Ontario and finally to Vancouver, BC.
If anyone has any hints, tips, help I would be very appreciative. I just don't know where to go with this one. Thank you.
