Notice to everyone using this forum

Why do I get the feeling noone knows how to use this forum? I have read many posts in the last few days. The main theme is this
Finding my ancestors
Then someone replies, with no mention of the first, original, message, then someone else replies, again with no mention or connection to the original message.
Please, when you post, make sure you are replying to the original message, or START YOUR OWN THREAD. You make it very time consuming for someone looking for information. Also, when you just reply to someones's message, and have nothing to contribute to that thread, you are defeating your own purpose. If you are looking for SMITH, then start a thread with SMITH in the subject line. That way, JONES doesn't spend valuable time checking all the non-related replies to his JONES thread, and you also don't have to waste your time looking for your relatives. Please, people, follow protocol. Thanks for letting me rant, in a way.
