Looking for any info on William Phillips and his family. William was born abt 1789 in NC died after 1850..Penelope born abt 1795 Virgina died after 1850.. In 1850 cenus (Jefferson co-- William is listed at 61 yrs farmer ..Penelope is 58 b Virg. and Wm is 21 - born Indiana {(dau Eliza(Elizabeth)is married & residing in Jeff Co also. {Eliza married Coatney in 1840 & Wells in 1850 residing in Indiania ..Eliza & James Wells were in Jenning Co Indiana 1850 ..Iowa in 1860 Census...Neb in 1880}
