Subject: Looking for the living

With all the cell phones being used , i cant find my relations in england and i have tryed the white pages 192 ect and just cant to seem to track any one down ecept the dead , i need the living to find out about the dead , can any one help by phoneing them and asking for me or is it just to like imposing on someones own personal history , how can i find them over their im in the usa , its hard to do let me diffent ways to find them times running out haha thanks
