If we start the same point guards as this season, start Gooding at the "3" and a frosh at the "5", we are going to suck some major hind tit next season.
With one scholarship left, we still need a "3" that can score AND a rebounder to help Bacon....and we are staring down the barrel at having VERY limited scoring threats at the "3", "4" and "5".
The fact we needed to sign BH to play the point is major bad news, an early indication next season may be yet another disaster. It is a strong indication last year's guard recruiting was a washout...WTF, we already had Jenkins as a shooting guard.
This is not a good sign re: Dunne's ability to turn things around any time soon. I want him to do so in the worst way, but JD having to make this move is evidence that last year's roster constructing plans have been scuttled and he MAY just not have it in him.
Analogy: We've had nagging suspicions our wife was unfaithful....and we just caught her boinking the gardener.
