Subject: what spc should do

if the school was serious about making money, theyd kick out all the people living on glenwood and turn it into student housing so they wouldnt run out of space every year. change it to st peters university and make enrollment to 10k. not to mention the people who live in the apts harass the students and theyve beaten, stabbed, and shot at them.

raise the standards to get accepted. seems like every bum in journal square has a degree or went to spc for a semester or 2. friend took a class with a guy who was in jail for robbing cars(felony), and still in a gang.

cant do anything about the jersey city scenery, itll be better with time as manhattan influence is being pushed farther down from newport/pavonia.

maybe if the school was serious about athletics(gasp) put a nike sign on the bubble and take that 2mill$ check. that might help parking situation, which is shit.

this is how itll work (simplified)

more students=more money
more money= nicer facilities
nicer facilities= attracting & signing tier 1 student/athletes
tier 1 student/athletes=what everyone in this board wants, MAAC tourny champs, and a mid major powerhouse

people will say its not this easy, well then, get a new board of trustees and make it happen.

I particularly like where you say they should increase enrollment while making it harder to get in . Simply brilliant!
Please come on my show. Maybe you could do a Rev. Wright skit?

I have applied for the position of Athletic Director, and understand the interview process will get underway shortly.

I have requested a A and A for all SPC "family" on WSPC Radio -- and, if grandted will inform one and all.

Many thanks to all.
