. . .the muscline steed quietly and alone roamed the sands, he kept his flared nostrils close to the sands taking in scents, then fed upon the small dried patch of grass he came upon, after he took up all that was there he lifted his head up upon now erected upright neck gazing about the shifting windswept sands, he hadn't been around a herd of horses in the longest of time, he was more of a lone stallion, but kept his daughter Desert Flower always in sight, in a bare whisper almost he echoed a deep bellow through parched throat towards any mares that were in heat or in search of a mate, his head bobbed up and down as he pawed at the ground over and over, nearly digging a trench. . .
