]] like thunder the roar of arrival was thrown into the desert sky and rang through all in distant range could hear it. Electric seemed to fill the racing hooves that beat up the sands under neither that ebony pelt of hers, sky risen head was held high upon her upright sleek neck, her tail was flagged high behind her thin frame like a banner in the wind, she came to a sliding halt spinning half way upon her hindhooves that dug deeper into the sand as her body rose on hindhooves tucking them sleek long forelegs tight to her chest curling her neck in towards her lathered chest, she then landed and jumped up and down upon her forehooves, sending mists of golden sands rising around dried yet deep onyx hooves, that thundering whinnie emitted again through parched throat as he looked from stallion to stallion, then mare to mare, with a kick of her hocks she moved over to a patch of grass taking in all that she could, having traveled miles she needed rest, and this quiet area seemed just about right...[[
