Her tales had often kept him from boredom in the nights they traveled in search of the land, and from them he felt he knew the land and all its inhabitants, though truly he never saw it before. He snorts, looking about but not seeing his grandfather. He rears, calling out to the night, wondering where the rest of his family has gone. -- Black Lake

He snorts softly, flicking one ear as the light stallion gallops off with the mare he doesn't know, seeing his uncle chase after them. He pins his ears in annoyance, then looks at DA.
