I saw a few posts of yours last night while I was on the official board... what about that moron and the poll!! Yick! I reported that asap.... Seemed like the wrong time to say hello for the first time in almost 2 years!! - kind of like giving someone horrible news in the middle of their wedding, huh!! LOL!

Well, I'm glad you found my post here. You really wanna know about how things have changed for me?? That could take awhile, but I'll try to make it as condensed as possible, so here goes nothing:

Firstoff, a rundown on me, as I'm sure you've not disappeared in the last 2 years like I have, and might not remember everything about me- I'm now 27 (AARRGGH! getting old! ;) ), was working for an jerk who treated me badly for 4 1/2 years, so I quit April of '99 to go back to school, I love TXF to the exclusion of all other shows, with the exception of the Simpsons.. *g*, I live in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, love anything by Stephen King and Anne Rice, love writing (remember that fanfic DRH, Stacey, Foxywoxy, you and I and some others were supposed to do, and I never could because I started college? BTW, what happened to Foxy???), love reading *good* fanfic, not the crud I see they've now allowed on the official site, and I own my own house.. Not a lot of info, but hey, we can get to know one another all over again, huh? :D

Now for the most current info:

-Graduated top of my class in accounting with the CGA program in January of last year (I have a 2nd level CGA, Certified General Accountants) ANNNDDD got comprehensive training in Win95/98/NT OS, Internet, MS office, Accpac, Accpac for Win, Simply, Lotus 123, Wordperfect... list goes on! Suffice it to say that I am now completely competant on the computer, like I never was before!! ;) I'm no programmer or in IT, but I know much more than the average bear!! Remember when I had trouble with copy & paste?? LOL!!!

-One week to the day after grad, I met the man of my dreams, who happens to have the initials 'D.D'... ;) and we've been together like white on rice since - we're practically engaged, considered married anyway, we're living in sin, hehe.. just need to afford the ring, as he's still in university, and even though he works part time, it's a little tight.. *g* ;)

-Worked with the government in Canada (preparing taxes, no FBI here.. hehe..) and some other miscellaneous term positions

-Am now working with a realty company and getting $10,000 more per year than I was before, and because of my grades (A's all the way in both, BTW!! ;D ) and computer education, everyone here thinks I'm a bloody genius!! ROTFLMAO!! It's nuts!! ;)

-Just got my first new car 2 days ago!!! Yippee! Yes, this excites me... I've not driven a car since '94.. Guess I need to get a licence now, huh? ;)

-I am soooo happy overall with the way my life has turned out that I could almost pee, except for the fact that I'd drifted away from all of you... so here I am to complete the cycle!! ;)

Too bad about MXP, I really loved it there. The only problem being your Web TV not allowing you to chat.. Poor det! Lurking and listening!!

I really like the message boards here, reminiscent of the old XF board, gotta love it! ;)

Most of my chatting and/or posting will take place while I'm here at work, 'cuz I like to spend as much time as possible with my sweetie, but I am baaaccckk!!! Hey, it's great!! Sorry for the long post, though.. hehe!!
