Subject: Why I love Alex Krycek, and other thoughts about "Requiem"

Alex Krycek is a beautiful, beautiful man. Everything about him. Sometimes it scares me how attractive I find this evil character. Did anyone else gasp in shock when he threw CSM down the steps like that? How positively cold hearted! I'm not going to go out on a limb and say the Smoking Man is actually dead, but the fact that Krycek had the balls to do that is spectacular. And since when are he and Marita in cahoots? I was a little disappointed with the shower scene, couldn't we at least get a shot of his chest? And don't you think he looked good in this episode? Much more clean cut and professional than usual, and the black does him so good. Was there anything else going on in this episode besides Alex Krycek? KIDDING.

Ok, onto Scully being pregnant. I had heard this rumor but had dismissed it as preposterous. Not because Scullly supposedly can't have kids, but because it just seems so soap opera-y to me. While I am a noromo, it's not that I deny that Mulder and Scully are in love, or even that they might have something going on 'behind the camera'. I don't care what they want to imply, it doesn't bother me so long as I don't have to see it. Giving Scully a kid certainly puts it in the forefront, which is not what I want. I'm personally clinging to the possibility that she was impregnated by an alien.

OK, now onto some questions. Did Krycek and Marita go to Mulder because they didn't want the conspiracy to be rebuilt? Do they think that's a bad idea? And if Krycek couldn't find the spaceship what made him think Mulder would? Or did he know that Mulder would be taken? Did Mulder know he would be taken (we all knows he's harbored abduction fantasies for years now)? Does this supposed ridding of CSM leave Krycek and Scully working on the same team? What happened to the nanocytes? What was Krycek going to sell that got him thrown into prison by CSM? Can someone help me? I'm a little dim and walking around in a Krycek induced daze.
