I noticed the 3:12 the second time I watched it too but I
didn't really think about the implications of the late
hour. Scully, I think just always assumes Mulder is
awake!I was more concerned with him saying "come in, the
door is open." What happened to "Trust no one!?" Maybe
Scully had called first to see if he was up and then came
over.

On the rationship front, we sure got a rather forward
Scully in this one (compared to past Scully). Taking Mulder
by the arm for instance, and just what are they going to
use the FBI credit card for anyway? And they've got four
weeks off! What will they do with all that free time?
I loved Mulder's invite to Scully to go with him to Cal.
It was like it was just assumed she'd go. And she did!
That speak very strongly to them having a relationship.
The hand holding at the end definiely could be a vote for
the "they are already involved" side too, maybe just
since Al Things? What does everyone else think? Or should
we take
this conversation over to the M&S board? :-)

I will say this ties in very nicely ith All Things. Sddenly we have TWO couch converations! They are learning to talk to each other! My impression also is that DD I really trying to push the envelope as much as he can, or should I say as much as CC will allow.
