near the end of season five, right before the movie came out in the U.S. they had this sort of "non-episode" episode of "XF". It was an hour long, like "XF" eps always are, and it aired on Sunday night at the same time "XF" always does but it wasn't really about Mulder and Scully solving a case or anything. It was basically a promo for the movie; it had interviews with DD, GA and CC about the differences between making a movie versus making a TV show and it showed some outtakes from the movie.
Is this even considered a Season Five episode? Did you overseas Philes ever get to see it?
