Yes, it is quiet - and the first time I heard it, it scared me to death! I had just left the CD playing on and had forgotten it was still on, then suddenly I heard "The Method....!" and I jumped a mile.

CC reads it quickly and uses lots of convoluted sentence construction, not to mention high flown vocabulary. But it was the critical description of 'the story so far', at the time of the movie. It helped me loads!
