"I really wish you wouldn't do that," sighs KS, as she straightens Rabid's tongue with the pair of pliers on her swiss army knife. "You're getting spittle on my fatigues."

The four recruits holding Rabid turn pale as they watch KS screw back in Rabid's pointy tooth with some baling wire and a piece of gum. One's eyeballs roll up in his head and in the next instant he thuds to the ground. KS points at him with her head, and JD grabs him by the ankles and hauls him off the training field.

KS motions to the recruits still feebly holding on to the writhing Rabid. A new set of gung-ho types take their place and they quickly truss Rabid to an archery target in the field.

"Have I ever told you all about my blue ribbons I won in archery as a mere child?" KS says to the avid group watching as she casually picks up a bow and a sharpened stake camouflaged as an arrow. No vampire-types are going to get the best of her, nosirreebob!
