She pawed the ground and reared, not at all happy. She was normally docile and wouldn't hurt a fly, but she was very angry. How dare this big, weird mare challenge her strong position as Nimbus's mate? She would show her. She kicked out hard, thinking she hit Silver Star square in the head.
